- Ensures safety and wellbeing of all individuals onsite by continuously promoting, developing, and reaffirming TechnipFMC Health and Management Systems.
- Recruits, manages, leads, and develops the Production team to carry out its functions ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, safety, and business objectives are met.
- Proposes and implements the department budget including CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and takes necessary actions in order to ensure that the budget is respected.
- Promotes communication and dialogue between the teams and with the others manufacturing units.
- Promotes and participates in continuous improvement programs.
- Ensures respect of cost, delivery, quality, technical, and safety requirements for every project.
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent with 10 to 15 years of experience in the industry including significant managerial experience.
- Very good knowledge of products and manufacturing processes.
- Risk management experience.
