- Responsible to the growth external market of Non-Motor business include identifying new market opportunities, collaboration, and developing sales plans.
- Core responsibility is to generate leads, qualify prospects and close deals, ultimately contributing to revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new markets and customer segments, expanding the company's reach beyond existing territories.
- Manage new insurance placements, policy renewals, and claims handling. Provide advisory and consultancy services on insurance-related matters.
- Lead the client acquisition process by sourcing competitive insurance quotations, delivering product presentations, and negotiating terms until the deal is finalised.
- Conduct business development activities, including sales and product promotions, contests, roadshows, and new product launches.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with branches, workshops, dealers, business partners, and their customers.
- Promote Non-Motor Insurance products to branches, workshops, and dealers
- Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Familiar with general insurance products and sales of insurance products
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, with a strong focus on client delivery and stakeholder management
- Self –motivated, creative, driven and resourceful

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
