Key Responsibilities:
Functional
- Lead region Community Deposit Specialist (CDS) to achieve region business objectives and ensure ongoing development among all region CDS.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish key clients relationship from HLB@Work, HLB@ school to drive region new account opening and CASA Balance (PFS and BCB)
- Collaborate with (RCGM/BM/CSOM) and other internal stakeholders to structure and delivered tailored region acquisition goals;
- Provide all report needed from HQ such as daily, weekly and monthly region sales report include new sign ups payroll, roadshow, schools and on-boarding status.
- Schedule region sales activity and ensure sales delivery and customer product offerings are met.
- Drive individual deposit growth (CASA) to achieve region financial year target.
- Follow up on region sales activities to ensure sales closure and accounts are open timely;
- Conduct briefing and training among team member (Weekly/Monthly).
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development;
- Follow up on region sales activities to ensure sales closure and accounts are open timely;
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management;
- Carry out market research and surveys;

- Ensure all tasks are carried out in full compliance with guidelines and regulations.
Managerial
- To collaborate with other departments to create a unified experience;
- To create an achievement oriented working environment.
- Ensure team compliance of code of ethics on sales process and activities.
Organizational
- Responsibility to our ETC customers – put HLB’s long term interest ahead of short-term gain;
- Continuous effort to improve business in support of building brand awareness and improving customer experience;
- Ensure all sales proposals are delivered on-time and within scope.
Education/Qualification
- Diploma, Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or related field is preferred.
- Related working experience in financial institution or related field.
- Possess customer interaction / cash handling / transaction processing / sales experience.
