Job Description
The Manager, Account Services is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring smooth execution of interior design and renovation projects. Acting as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, this role ensures that project objectives are clearly communicated, timelines are met, and the client experience is professional and seamless from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships throughout project lifecycles.
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear project briefs for the design, QS, and site teams.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and expectations between internal departments (design, QS, site team) and external stakeholders (contractors, consultants, suppliers).
- Prepare project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely completion in line with client expectations and contractual agreements.
- Monitor budgets in collaboration with QS and finance teams to ensure project cost control.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and regular progress updates to ensure alignment at all stages.
- Proactively identify and resolve any project-related challenges or client concerns.
- Ensure proper documentation of project communications, approvals, and changes.
- Maintain high service standards and promote client satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in client servicing or project management within the renovation/interior design industry.
- Strong understanding of project workflows in interior design, renovation and construction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations professionally.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple ongoing projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, with strong coordination and follow-up skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
