Job Purpose:
The Management Trainee will undergo structured training and hands-on exposure to salon operations, customer service, team management, and business administration. The role is designed to prepare you for a future leadership role in salon management. Fresh Graduate are also welcome to apply.
Don’t worry if you don’t have any beauty knowledge, because we will train you to become future leader or management staff under Headquarter but not a Hairstylist / Beautician.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Training:
- Learn and support daily salon operations.
- Assist in ensuring smooth salon flow and upholding service standards.
2. Customer Experience:
- Monitor and enhance the client experience across touchpoints.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving customer feedback or complaints professionally.
3. Team Support & Supervision:
- Work closely with stylists and salon staff to understand team dynamics.
- Support in scheduling, staff attendance, and performance tracking.
- Learn basic HR practices such as onboarding and staff engagement.
4. Sales & Marketing:
- Assist in promoting salon services, packages, and products.
- Support salon promotions, events, and social media engagement.
- Track sales performance and contribute ideas for growth.
5. Administrative Duties:
- Learn basic reporting: sales, stock, expenses, customer feedback, etc.
- Support in ensuring compliance with health & safety and cleanliness standards.
Training Phases (6-12 months):
- Phase 1: Frontline & Operations Familiarization
- Phase 2: Supervisory Exposure & Sales Targets
- Phase 3: Leadership Readiness & Independent Handling of Salon Operations
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, Beauty Management, or related field.
- Passion for the beauty, wellness, or service industry.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and strong communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in customer service or retail is a bonus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
