Job Overview
As a Management Trainee, you’ll be part of a hands-on training program focused on face-to-face sales, customer engagement, and leadership development. You'll gain real-world experience, work directly with customers, and be mentored to grow into a leadership role within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in face-to-face marketing campaigns and represent client brands
- Engage directly with customers in various field locations
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and events
- Rotate through roles in sales, training, and team support
- Learn how to lead a team and achieve sales targets
- Contribute ideas to improve marketing strategies and team performance
Requirements
- SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – full training is provided
- Comfortable with face-to-face customer engagement
- Energetic, self-driven, and eager to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
