We have an exciting job opportunity for a Regional Liner Operation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing port call planning activities, which include:
o Sending arrival notices.
o Providing port information to vessels.
o Coordinating with vessel masters on port programs.
o Creating proformas.
o Liaising with vendors for service delivery.
o Managing prefunding requests and follow-ups.
- Input critical operational data accurately into systems post-departure.
- Ensure consistency, security, and accessibility of operational data.
- Coordinate with business partners, including terminals, customers, and vessels, to obtain and
disseminate operational information. - Retrieve data from overseas ports and terminal systems to complete reports.
- Handle additional responsibilities as required, such as vessel service coordination, vendor management, and shipping documentation for Asia-Pacific operations.

Education & Experience
- One to three years’ experience in Shipping Operations.
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline
