- Perform regular inspection and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment (e.g., HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems).
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures or malfunctions in equipment and systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of tools or parts.
- Assist with installation or modification of equipment and fixtures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when necessary.
- Support emergency response during breakdowns or facility issues.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
