JOB SUMMARY:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the engineering team, including technicians.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and systems VRV, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, elevators, etc.) to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and emergency repairs.
- Ensure timely and effective response to guest requests and hotel maintenance-related issues.
- Maintain compliance with hotel standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:
