- Candidate must possess at least a minimum of Diploma in Admin / Business / Engineering discipline.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in Administration.
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
- facilitating and monitoring of supply chain operation by ensuring a smooth process and effective distribution of products;
- responsibilities often include data entry, customer service, tracking orders, and ensuring the customer gets the proper item
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. · Good communication skills.
- Good verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess high integrity, independent, high level of commitment and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Document controller for drawings, purchased part specifications.
- Receives, records and distributes factory orders.
- Data or Purchase Order entry for Hypsis system.
- Set up and maintain filing systems.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management.
