We are looking for a highly dynamic Logistic Coordinator with broad knowledge/experience in logistic related tasks. Duties & experience required for this position includes :
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in Malay & English.
- Coordinate daily logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely shipment and delivery of oil & gas materials both domestically and internationally.
- Liase with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal departments to streamline logistics processes.
- Support client's query and update accordingly with proper documentation handling.
- Familiarity with QNE software and also Microsoft Office Suite will be advantageous for applicants as our company use this software throughout all departments (Delivery order processing will be done through this software).
- Strong knowledge of freight operations and oil & gas material will be an advantage.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel and support site operations when required.
- Preferably male candidates (due to site-specific operational requirements but female with logistics experience are encouraged to apply)
Applicants must hold a minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any related field with experience in the Oil & Gas industry; Must demonstrate intensive logistics related tasks knowledge with 1-3 years of experience. On top of that, applicants with experienced/knowledge on QNE software highly encouraged to apply for this position. Fresh graduate with experience in logistics related task during their internship is highly encouraged to submit your application.
