To follow instructions set by Leaders and Supervisors, Manage Logistic personnel, System and direct daily operation are smooth.
1 To ensure delivery on-time and as per Delivery Instruction/Kanban/ PDIO/PDS.
2 Report Logistic 5's, KY & Hiyari Hatto.
3 Attending Daily Morning Assembly & Departmental Morning Briefing
4 To assist in Attending Daily Morning Market & Evening Market.
5 To ensure part storage, identification and labeling properly control and followed FIFO.
6 To conduct Monthly & Yearly Stock Check activity.
7 To update Finished Goods and WIP Stock Status.
8 To update Outstanding Part List & Urgent Part List
9 To update Urgent Part List.
10 To update Premium Freight report.
11 To follow up and ensure Polybox return from Customer
12 To print Delivery Instruction/Kanban/PDIO/PDS.
13 To key in FGTS into macola and excel system.
14 To issue invoices for parts delivery.
15 To issue manual invoices for parts delivery.
16 To update Customer Ordering Sustem - E-Proc, RCP, Promis, E-Supard etc.
17 To support activities meets Departmental KPI targets (S=Safety, Q=QuaIity, D=DeIivery,C=Cost).
18 To perform any task as per assigned by supeñor.
*All other matters as requested for or directed by the Superiors and in accordance with the policies as laid down from time to time by the stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
