Who We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience
- Degree holders only (Business, Banking, Finance, or related)
- Prefer Mandarin Speaker
- Male candidates must have own transport (Ad-hoc travel required)
What You’ll Do
- Contact and negotiate with customers to settle written-off accounts
- Work with repossessors to locate and recover vehicles
- Monitor repayment plans and follow up to ensure timely payments
- Liaise with law firms on legal actions against debtors
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies
- Ad-hoc travel (once per quarter, depends on cases)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
