- Product Presentation: Showcasing products in an engaging and informative manner, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Live Demonstrations: Conducting live demonstrations to showcase product functionality, usage, and versatility.
- Audience Interaction: Engaging with viewers in real-time through chat, responding to questions, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Sales Promotion: Encouraging viewers to make purchases by creating a sense of urgency and offering exclusive deals
- Content Planning and Creation: Developing content strategies, scripting, and planning for e-Commerce platforms.
- Technical Setup: Ensuring proper technical setup, including camera, lighting, and audio equipment, to deliver high-quality livestreams.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align livestream content with overall business goals and initiatives.
- Basic Performance Analysis: Monitoring livestream performance metrics, such as viewer engagement, conversion rates, and sales revenue, to optimize future streams and content strategy.
- Adaptability: Being adaptable and able to think on your feet to handle unexpected situations or challenges during livestreams.
- Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry trends and best practices related to e-commerce livestreaming to enhance effectiveness and innovation.
- Ad hoc tasks and e-commerce related improvement projects as assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM certificate holder
- Minimum 1 year experience of being livestream host or involved in e-Commerce business nature.
- Possess own transport
- Able to work after working-hour, during weekend & public holiday

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
