- Act as the main point of contact between the company and live stream streaming hosts.
- Plan, arrange, and regularly update the live streaming host schedule according to availability, campaign needs, and priorities.
- Reschedule live streaming slots as needed in the event of changes or conflicts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align live streaming plans.
- Monitor and track live streaming host attendance, performance, and adherence to assigned schedules.
- Provide clear and timely communication to hosts regarding updates, changes, or requirements.
- Support in onboarding new live streaming hosts and briefing them on lives team guidelines and expectations.
- Assist in resolving live streaming host-related scheduling or operational issues.
