- Shift 1: 1PM – 10PM.
- Shift 2: 8AM - 7PM

Job Description
- Follow service level agreements for incoming buyer chats.
- Meet the daily KPIs set by the regional team.
- Provide excellent customer service and support customer needs through live chat.
- Work with other departments like Customer Service, Warehouse, or Logistics to solve customer issues.
- Handle a high number of customer inquiries in a professional way.
- Take responsibility for customer issues, including operational problems.
Requirements
- Good in speaking and writing English & Malay.
- Work experience in customer service.
- Able to commit to at least 12 months of work.
- Comfortable with warehouse working hours and shifts.
- Preferably have your own transport or be able to travel to the warehouse.
Salary: RM2,500
OT claim: Applicable
EPF & Socso: Provided
