· Must be registered as a competent person with DOSH
· Lifting Supervisor Safety Course required
· Valid CIDB green card
· Familiarity with JKKP lifting guidelines and SOPS for mobile cranes
· Physically fit with good vision and hearing
· Able to converse in Mandarin/Malay/English

· Overseeing and coordinating all lifting operations on our construction site, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our construction activities.
· Provide adequate level of supervision for lifting work, proportionate to the level of risk and the workers involved during the lifting work.
· Direct and supervise lifting work to ensure it is carried out in accordance with the method statement
· Implement and verify crane setup and lifting plan
· Ensure regular inspection of lifting appliances or lifting gear
· Ensure proper signaling (hand/radio communication) between crane operator and riggers)
· Complete lift documentation (logbook, permits, risk assessments)
· 全面协调工地起重作业，确保施工安全高效
· 根据风险等级及作业人员情况，实施适当程度的起重监督
· 指导并监督起重作业严格按施工方案执行
· 落实并核查起重机设置及吊装计划
· 确保起重设备及吊具定期检查
· 保证起重机操作员与吊装工之间的信号沟通（手势/无线电）规范有效
完整填写吊装记录（日志、许可证、风险评估文件）
