Job Summary:
We are seeking a fresh graduate to join our legal team as a Legal Officer. This role will provide support in legal documentation, compliance matters, and contract management related to retail operations. On-the-job training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and preparing basic legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Help ensure company compliance with laws and regulations.
- Support legal team in administrative duties, such as filing and organizing legal records.
- Conduct basic legal research as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and approval flow.
- Assist in handling licensing, permits, and regulatory submissions.
- Attend meetings and take minutes where legal input is required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
- Good understanding of Malaysian legal system and corporate law.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently and eager to learn.

Nice to Have:
- Internship experience in legal, retail, or corporate environment.
- Familiar with MS Office and document formatting.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
