Requirements:
- At least have a Master's in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in tertiary education.
- Familiarity with MQA requirements, curriculum development and assessment practice is an added advantage.
- Have strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background, enabling contribution to teaching program.
- Good presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
- To teach in the areas allocated by the Head of Department (Business).
- To contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of a high-quality curriculum.
- To monitor and report student progress in terms of academic performance, achievement, and attendance,
- To participate in developing, administering, and marking exams and other assessments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
