Out client stablished in 2002, this Malaysia-based company specializes in ultra-precision machining services, including turning, milling, and centerless grinding across various materials such as metals, ceramics, and engineering plastics. The company operates ten strategically located plants in Taman Perindustrian Desa Cemerlang, Johor, providing comprehensive one-stop services from raw material preparation and machining to secondary processes and assembly.
The company's core competencies encompass precision machining, advanced ceramic manufacturing, die casting, surface treatment, plating, heat treatment, and automation solutions. They cater to diverse industries, including aerospace, automotive, electronics, and medical sectors.
Position Title: Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt
Working Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor, Malaysia
Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon-Fri, 9am -5pm
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to RM 10,000
Responsibilities:
● Coaches the Lean Six Sigma to use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV methodology.
● Organizes and facilitates workshop to identify the opportunity and projects, coach the team in the projects to meet the goal.
● Organizes and facilitates Small Group Activity, Team Excellence, Green Belt (GB) and other project competition.
● Promotes continuous improvement culture in the organization.
● The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training (GB & others.) development and consultant to other department on tool application.
● Monitors, coaches and certifies the Lean Six Sigma candidates (GB & others) to meet with the department goals.
● Works with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitating.
● Reports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture
● Facilitate CI Workshops on the shop floor and developing the framework of the workshops.
● Create CI program frameworks which covers 3 CI Pillars: CI Culture, CI Competency Building, CI Execution
Requirements:
● Minimum degree holder in any field.
● Minimum 5 years in Lean Six Sigma coaching and/or project leader.
● Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification or experiences with proven success story.
● Strong background in electronics/semiconductor/ manufacturing operation.
● Added advantages if experienced in facilitating the VSM or any kind of Lean Six Sigma workshop.
● Added advantages if experienced in conducting any Lean Six Sigma related training titles (TTT certified by HRDF if possible).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
