Assist and support the Operations Manager in managing and monitor day-to-day nursery operation with the compliance by regulatory bodies (JKM etc.).
· Assist to ensure good nursery layout, cleanliness, staff schedule, menu and others.
· Assist in staff monitoring and personnel development planning (training and other related).
· Assist in implement engagement with parents from time to time.
· Assist in obtain parents' feedback and plan actions to improve at an immediate rate.
· Assist to establish a systematic work system in the nursery.
· Assist to monitor child development through care and training provided.
· Assist in handling alignment meeting with teachers.
· Assist to plan and involve in nursery marketing and awareness programs.
· Assist to forecast cost effectiveness at Geokidz – class openings, resources and other related.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
