Your Role in Our Mission
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Mobile App Developer (Flutter) to join our core technology team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive the entire mobile development lifecycle — from architecture to deployment. How You’ll Make an Impact
Mobile Development & Architecture
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Optimize widget trees, manage state efficiently, and tune performance for production-grade apps.
Implement platform-specific integrations and bridge native Android/iOS features when necessary.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure app stability and reliability.
Collaborate with QA to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across devices and OS versions.
Leverage Firebase Crashlytics and other tools to monitor app health in real time.
API Integration & External Services
Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase features, push notifications, and third-party SDKs into mobile apps.
Ensure secure and optimized data exchange between the mobile front-end and back-end services.
DevOps & Deployment
Utilize Git workflows and mobile DevOps practices for efficient development and release cycles.
Automate build and deployment pipelines using Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
Manage app store deployments and ensure compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store standards.
UX/UI Implementation
Translate Figma or design briefs into seamless, responsive user interfaces.
Apply strong UI/UX sensibility to deliver intuitive and engaging mobile experiences.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive features.
Mentor junior developers on best practices in Flutter development and code quality.
Continuously explore and adopt modern libraries such as Riverpod, BLoC, and analytics tools.
What You Bring
Proven 4+ years of experience in mobile application development.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart in production-grade apps.
Deep knowledge of state management, performance tuning, widget trees, and platform integrations.
Proficiency in writing unit, widget, and integration tests.
Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, push notifications, and 3rd-party SDK integrations.
Strong knowledge of Git workflows, mobile DevOps, and store deployment practices.
Experience with native Android/iOS (Kotlin/Swift)
Familiarity with Riverpod, BLoC, or other modern state management libraries
Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, AppCenter)
Understanding of CI/CD tools like Codemagic or GitHub Actions for mobile
Strong UI/UX sensibility with the ability to translate design ideas into intuitive user experiences

Product-oriented mindset — you think beyond code and understand how features impact users and business goals
Experience contributing to open-source projects or building developer tools that support the Flutter ecosystem
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive alignment, and deliver high-impact features end-to-end
Ability to lead by example and mentor junior developers effectively.
