Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Laptop Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and repairing laptops, including hardware replacements, software troubleshooting, and cleaning services.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair laptops (hardware & software)
- Perform RAM, SSD, keyboard, and screen replacements
- Troubleshoot Windows and basic macOS issues
- Provide cleaning and maintenance services
- Keep records of customer repairs and parts used
- Assist walk-in customers and provide technical advice
- Ensure timely completion of service jobs
Requirements:
- Experience in laptop repair and servicing
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, drivers, and BIOS
- Ability to solder or replace motherboard components is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Computer Hardware/IT
- Experience with Apple devices is a plus
- Own tools (optional but preferred)
