Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented KOL Executive to manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for identifying, liaising, and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators across various platforms to boost our brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and recruit relevant KOLs/influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms based on brand needs and campaign objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Plan, negotiate, and execute KOL marketing campaigns and activities.
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and content approvals with internal stakeholders and external influencers.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging KOLs to stay ahead of market movements.
- Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to optimize influencer content for campaigns.
- Handle KOL invoicing, contracts, and post-campaign reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with KOL trends and social media algorithms (especially TikTok & Instagram).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using influencer marketing tools/platforms is an added advantage.
