Knowledge Management Specialist

Assist in the collection, organization, and maintenance of internal tax knowledge resources, including tax legislation updates, guidance notes, etc .

Support the implementation and ongoing management of tax knowledge management systems and tools.

Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and security of tax knowledge assets in accordance with company policies and applicable tax regulations.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of tax knowledge management processes and initiatives.

Assistance with preparation of tax-related publications.

Certificate or Diploma in Taxation, Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

E xperience in a tax, knowledge management, or information management role (internships or part-time roles acceptable) is an added advantage.

Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Understanding of data privacy, information security, and tax compliance best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite , Generative AI, and familiarity with knowledge management or content management systems is an added advantage .

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies , processes, and tax regulations.
