- Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Maintain relationships with agents, providing regular updates on property status and occupancy rates.

- Coordinate property showings and open houses, showcasing the features and benefits of the properties.
- Resolve tenant issues and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive leasing experience.
