Position Title: Key Account Manager (Aesthetic Industry)
Working Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Working Hours: Flexible – WFH
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commissions + Transport & Mobile Allowances
Job Overview:
Building, maintaining and managing relationships with clinics and aesthetic professionals. Promote and sell Sinclair products, providing expertise on their features and benefits. This role involves understanding the needs of clients, negotiating and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to identify market trends and develop strategies to increase sales.
Overall, your goal is to drive sales, foster long term partnerships and achieve revenue targets in the Aesthetic industry.
Responsibilities:
● Managing all aspects of contracting with territory accounts
● Develop, maintain and apply a high level of product knowledge
● Achieve objectives defined for each accounts/territory
● Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with customer and provide feedback to relevant managers on field intelligence
● Leverage portfolio and increase market share of Sinclair’s products
● Develop and manage relationships with support team, decision makers, etc
● Identify new opportunities in the defined accounts for further strategic synergies
● Provide training and support about the proper use of Sinclair products and advise on the best practice management, through training events
● Plan field activity based on customer segmentation and targeting principles to maximise results
● Define and execute monthly action plan for the assigned accounts
● Effectively use promotional activities in line with budget
● Adhere to Company promotional strategy
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets for minimum 10 years, preferably in Aesthetic industry
● Proven sales success is essential
● Proven track record of working across organizations to coordinate resources effectively to deliver an effective service to large customers
● Demonstrate success in negotiating, consulting and building exceptional relationships at the highest level
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
