Roles Requirement:
- Responsibilities of any given instruction in orderly manner towards all aspects of flour production.
- Adhere and mill wheat grain according to flour given specifications based on the mill standard milling process with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure flour production process in optimum and consistent to achieve the quality parameter and mill balance according to specification in order to achieve best output.
- Identify and report any machinery breakdown and monitor the repair to minimize the loss of production period.
- Perform accuracy of product sampling, measuring, recording and reporting timely with basic computer knowledge.
- Responsible over good housekeeping, sanitation by ensuring infestation is well under control and ensure zero tolerance towards any unsafe acts contributing to hazardous consequence.
- Ensure the certification system standard (FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, HAS) are established, implemented and maintained.
- To work and coordinate with other Departments in team effort i.e. team-work with regards to productivity, safety and quality.
Qualification & Experience:
- Malaysian aged between 20 to 35 years old.
- Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma in any Engineering courses or DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 in any Engineering courses with 3 years working experiences in relevant fields.
- Well-versed with HACCP, HALAL or other food and safety related regulations.
- Positive work attitude and willing to take challenges.
- Taken minimum two Covid-19 vaccination. Preferable to those taken with booster dose vaccination.
- Preferrable for non-smoker.
