Job Description
- Assist Procurement Manager
- Process MR, obtain quotations, make comparison and recommendation, prepare and issue PO, raise Payment Requisition (PR), if required
- Monitor delivery
- Verify supplier’s invoice
- Liaise with suppliers and accounts department on all payment related issue
- Machinery registration / inspection / road tax / insurance for machinery related purchase
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction industry
- Minimum Diploma or Professional Certificate or equivalent ·
- Basic computer skill i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Hardworking, responsible & committed.
- Possess good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shah Alam (Petaling): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
