Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Mainframe Developer to join our Cards - Application Development Management team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing card processing applications on the Mainframe / Cardlink platform. The role requires hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, and CICS within a VSAM database environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, modify, test, and implement card processing applications on the Mainframe (ZOS) platform.
* Write and optimize COBOL programs, JCL scripts, and CICS transactions for application development and support.
* Work with VSAM for data storage and retrieval, ensuring efficient data handling.
* Troubleshoot and debug production issues related to card processing applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure smooth development and deployment.
* Follow SDLC best practices, including documentation, version control, and code reviews.
* Support system enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements as required.
Requirements:
Experience: 3 years of experience in Mainframe / Cardlink application development.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
