Job Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Support to provide technical support across Outlook, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Microsoft Active Directory environments. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting end-user issues, account management, and ensuring smooth IT operations for business users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support for users on Microsoft Outlook (email configuration, mailbox issues, connectivity, calendar, and distribution lists).
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Azure AD and Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot login, authentication, and Single Sign-On (SSO) issues.
- Assist with device and application onboarding, ensuring proper group policies and permissions.
- Monitor and resolve tickets via helpdesk system, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when needed.
- Support basic Office 365 applications and Microsoft Teams as required.
- Maintain documentation of support procedures, incident logs, and user guides.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve system reliability and end-user experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting (client setup, mail flow, PST/OST issues).
- Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory and Windows Active Directory (user/group management, password resets, access controls).
- Understanding of authentication protocols (MFA, SSO).
- Familiarity with Office 365 applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
- Hands-on exposure to Azure AD, Active Directory, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
