We are looking for a motivated Junior BIM Modeller with strong proficiency in AutoCAD to join our growing team. You will assist in developing accurate digital models, construction documentation, and 2D/3D drafting for a variety of projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience and grow within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and modification of BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Produce 2D/3D drawings and details from architectural/engineering designs.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure design intent is captured accurately.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and BIM model updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation and version control of drawings and models.
- Follow company BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (internships or project-based experience accepted).
- Proficient in AutoCAD; exposure to Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and technical standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Familiarity with project phases from concept through construction.
- Interest in continuous learning and BIM software developments.
