Job Description
- To handle all aspects of corporate secretarial work to ensure compliance with relevant rules regulations, i.e., Companies Act 2016.
- Responsible for the preparation of resolutions, board papers, minutes of meetings, MYCOID submission, and other corporate secretarial documents.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely billings and collection.
- To prepare and ensure proper and timely filing of the statutory form/returns to the Companies Commission of (CCM).
- To liaising with clients, auditors, tax agents, lawyers and bankers.
- Keep abreast with relevant legislation and regulatory changes.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Superior / Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Secretary / Business Administrative / Management or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidate with PLC experience will be much considered.
- Good command of Microsoft Office™ tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and is well-versed with the Companies Act.
- Excellent written and oral communications in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
