Qualifications
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in:
- Developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Preparing and loading test data and creating comprehensive test scenarios.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and implementing test processes to ensure technical and business expectation for SIT and UAT are met.
- Proven experience working with JIRA and manual testing approach
2. Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Knowledge and exposure to managing testing activities related to investment systems is an added advantage.
- Certification in testing (e.g., Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)) is an added advantage.
3. Tools & Technical Skills
- Proficient in using testing and defect tracking tools, including JIRA.
- Familiarity with test data management and test automation tools (if applicable).
4. Soft Skills & Attributes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of managing conflicts between groups with competing priorities.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and committed to meeting tight deadlines.

Pay: RM6,117.96 - RM12,000.00 per month
