KyoChon is an international brand of F&B with 1,400 stores in its native South Korea. Since 2013, Kyochon Malaysia has grown to 38 stores nationwide in Malaysia and is gearing itself for massive growth in the next 5 years.

Responsibilities
- Play an active role in supporting day to day operations of existing stores (by on-site/remote).
- Assist in technical deployments for new stores expansions (across Malaysia).
- Preferably equipped with knowledge & experience in handling POS, ERP systems, network, and CCTV systems.
- Assist in setup and roll-out of organisation’s systems upgrades (software & hardware).
- Create documentation and user manuals where applicable.
- Ensuring the right policies are established and practised to protect and safeguard the organisation’s information technology data.
- Assist in ensuring all IT assets are properly accounted for, recorded, and regularly audited.
- Knowledgeable in handling Windows and macOS/iOS platforms.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in IT or equivalent.
- Practices open communication, teamwork and respect.
- Enjoys working with people from different levels of work (HQ & stores).
- Able to cope with a fast-paced environment.
- Quick in thinking best alternatives/solutions without compromising the organisation’s policies.
- Possess own transport, and ready to travel independently for work purposes (within Klang Valley and across Malaysia states).
- Willing to work in laborious situations (i.e, hot kitchen, construction sites).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
