We are looking for a motivated IT Intern (Operations & Support) to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in e-commerce website management, business automation, and process optimization. You’ll have the opportunity to work on real projects that directly support our IT and accounting teams.
Responsibilities (minor polish for readability):
- Maintain and update the company’s e-commerce website (content, products, promotions).
- Support website functionality, improve UI/UX, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assist with integration of new features and third-party tools.
- Develop and enhance Excel VBA macros to automate reports and workflows.
- Debug and optimize existing VBA tools for better accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to improvements in accounting systems and processes using automation.
- Document processes, code, and prepare simple user guides where needed.
- Collaborate with IT, accounting, and business teams on digital transformation projects.
Requirements (make it more flexible for students):
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (experience with other frameworks is a plus).
- Familiarity with Excel VBA and macros (coursework or personal projects acceptable).
- Interest in accounting systems, ERP tools, or business process optimization is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to new technologies.

Working Hours:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays
