On-the-Job Training Description:
- Assist in the maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of Moodle and WordPress platforms. This includes user management, content updates, plugin/theme installation, and system optimization.
- Basic Coding Tasks including website customization, script development, and automation tasks. Utilize programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement solutions.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding Moodle and WordPress usage. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance on platform functionalities.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and techniques related to IT operations, web development, and coding. Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities for skill enhancement.
- Show the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications: -
- Degree in IT or related program.
- Basic operating knowledge of Moodle and WordPress platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
