Job Scope / Responsibilities :
- IT Tutorial/Guide document creation and management
- Department SharePoint housekeeping and proper documentation management
- Assist in day-to-day IT troubleshooting and provide guidance to user
- Ticketing tools (SMAX) monitoring
- Basic IT compliance assistance
Requirements :
- Final year student of Bachelor/ Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or any related studies
- Basic IT Knowledge
- People Skill / Friendly
- Basic documentation knowledge
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From RM800.00 per month
