Basic Qualifications
i. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication or other related field.
ii. 3–5 years of experience including 2 or more years in strategic planning, managing ICT performance and implementing initiatives.
iii. Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
iv. Experience in a similar role from another organization is an added advantage
Job Description
A professional at this position level must have the following responsibilities:
i. To provide a center of excellence within CDOS departments, to drive efficiency and effectiveness in delivering ICT solutions and service.
ii. Develop and implement Delivery & Operation Services Strategic Implementation Plan in alignment with departmental goals.
iii. Establish a comprehensive monitoring approach, including the definition of performance targets and key success indicators.
iv. Collect, process, and analyze performance and conformance data across services to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
v. Prepare regular reports on service performance and compliance, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
vi. Facilitate root cause analyses for service issues, and coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring proper documentation and verification of results.
vii. Support the development of a center of excellence within the organization, promoting best practices in ICT service delivery and operational excellence.
