- Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals such as printers and scanners.
- Assist with installation and configuration of software (e.g., Microsoft Office, antivirus, printing software).
- Perform computer hardware troubleshooting and repairs.
- Assist with network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi) and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Work closely with the IT team to support multiple locations when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
