- Manage daily operations of IT section.
- Identify and resolve IT technical problems.
- Create backup and recovery plans on IT related matters.
- Provide support to staff such as troubleshoot, install, configure and maintain of IT equipment & IT related issues (such as network, mail, etc.)
- Administer user accounts and email address.
- Develop and implement IT standards and policies.
- Evaluate existing IT systems, provide suggestions for possible upgrades and areas of improvement within IT department.
- Design and produce creative & graphic concepts for digital and print media, including website, social media graphics, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in IT & Computer related studies.
- At least 3 years of work experience in similar responsibilities.
- Good knowledge in system network & configuration, IT infrastructure, database management.
- Good in graphics software, adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, etc.) & other relevant design tools.
- Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia both in writing and communication. Proficient in Mandarin is prioritized to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts.
- Proficient in Windows, Ms. Office and other related design software.
- Able to work in fast pace environment & with tight schedule.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
