As an IT Executive, you will play a key role in enhancing our outlet operations by configuring and maintaining POS systems and digital ordering platforms (Bring-Your-Own-Device, BYOD). You’ll also help turn data into insight by developing impactful reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports on Microsoft SQL databases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain POS configuration across multiple restaurant brands.
- Collaborate closely with vendors to configure and validate digital menus.
- Develop and enhance SSRS/Crystal reports to support operations, finance, and marketing insights.
- Use SQL and stored procedures to perform data extraction, create and maintain stored procedures, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Group IT) and external partners to ensure accurate and timely menu updates.
- Provide support for POS and Digital menu related issues.
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders on IT projects and integrations.
- Maintain licenses, backups, and system documentations.
- Maintain IT infrastructure including routers, modems, PCs, printers, and network equipment at outlets and office.
- Track, manage, and update IT inventory (hardware and software), including asset movement, repairs, replacements, and procurement planning.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure IT assets are properly recorded, maintained, and aligned with operational needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support, POS system support, data reporting, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SQL stored procedure scripting and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and report customization.
- Familiarity with POS system support in a multi-outlet F&B environment.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment.
- Willingness to support after-office hours or weekend work when required, especially during urgent rollouts or troubleshooting.
