Key Responsibilities:Account Management & Sales
- Manage and develop assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT solutions and services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability goals.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients at all levels.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for value-added services.
Solution Development & Coordination
- Work closely with technical teams to develop customized IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Understand client business objectives and align solutions to support digital transformation goals.
- Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and partners to enhance solution offerings.
Market & Business Development
- Keep abreast of IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Contribute to business development strategies, marketing campaigns, and lead generation activities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in IT account management / solution sales.
- Proven track record in selling IT solutions such as cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with vendors and IT ecosystems (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, AWS, Azure) is an advantage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,200.00 per month
