Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Support the HR team with employee onboarding, training, and record-keeping
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including market research and client outreach
- Provide administrative support to the Accounts team, such as invoicing, payments, and financial reporting
- Participate in team meetings and projects to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Human Resources, Business, or Accounting
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
