Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fulfilling tasks set out by team lead & department manager.
- Assist engineers in equipment performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and sustaining activities.
- Participate in preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and system health checks.
- Collect and analyze equipment data (e.g., uptime, yield, alarms) for continuous improvement projects.
- Support improvement activities related to equipment reliability, availability, and quality performance.
- Assist in documenting procedures, work instructions, and equipment recovery guides.
- Contribute to automation, digitalization, or data visualization projects (e.g., using Excel, Python, or Power BI).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including process, quality, and manufacturing engineers.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree final year student major in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic.
- Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong interest in hands-on technical work and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with basic engineering tools, troubleshooting techniques, or measurement instruments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED:
- Familiarity in computer system & computer network.
- Able to work independently without supervision.
- Have a good interpersonal skill.
SKILLS:
- Knowledge in Electric / Electronic Component.
- Able to operate Windows OS, MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.
