Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising day-to-day site activities and construction progress.
- Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to safety and building standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and on-site engineers.
- Maintain site records including attendance, work reports, and material usage.
- Help conduct site inspections and report deviations or delays.
- Support procurement tracking and inventory management.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety norms.
- Willingness to work on-site in varying conditions.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or project management tools is a plus.
