Shipping & Logistic Intern
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in preparing shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners for timely shipment arrangements.
- Track and update delivery status to ensure accurate records.
- Support in handling export documentation and maintaining shipping files.
- Communicate with transporters and forwarders on delivery schedules.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to shipping and logistics.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Students pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and administrative tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Able to commit to a 3–6 month internship.
- Willing to work at Kapar, Klang.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
