Responsible for resolving conflict.

Responsible to handle all existing and potential interns.
Responsible to ensure the hotel premises and facilities are functioning well for the colleagues.
Come out with fresh ideas for colleagues’ engagement.
Ensure the Policies & Procedures are in place.
Assist in all ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Keep track of the learning hours of all colleagues.
Conduct interview and exit interview under supervision.
Conduct learning programmes for colleagues.
Participate and source for potential candidates in career fairs.
Promote IHG and InterContinental Kuala Lumpur to students looking for internship placement.
