Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Tax Clearance (LHDN) submission for foreign worker
- Support for payroll project (Digitalization of Personal file Documentation)
- Support Compensation & Benefits documentation for day to day.
- Support employee onboarding activities & assist employee attendance monitoring
- To assist in employee engagement events and activities.
- To execute any adhoc task given by superior
Qualification:
- Basic proficiency in either Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Basic Microsoft words, excel and PowerPoint.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Admin, Office management or related qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 3 months of internship period.
- Possess own transport
