- Receive, label and analyse chemical samples using titration methods.
- Handling sensitive equipment to analyse samples or substances and conduct tests reporting findings to a chemist.
- Execute laboratory testing according standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings.
- Conducting experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject quality of products using refined scientific methods.
- Organize and store all chemicals substances according to safety instructions.
- Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility.
- Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies.
- Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment (5S concept).
- To operate and maintain pollution control system which included IETS, Scrubber and Scheduled Waste Management.
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior and Management.
